Returns & Exchanges

• Unused items, including sleeves and accessories, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• To start a return, please email info@sandbaggersleeves.com for a pre-paid return label.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 48 hours after processing.

Final Sale Items

• All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please report any damaged or defective items within 10 days of receiving your order for a full replacement or refund.
